Student School District 57 Emails:

All Grad emails will be sent to the Grade 12 Student's School District 57 email address as well as the Parent/Guardian email address that we have on file. See below for more information.

Students can access you emails through office.com. Email addresses are based on student names: [email protected] The passwords are student created. If you forget your password, please go to the library to reset it using "forgot my password" and get your verification code to create a new password.

Semester 1 Important Dates
Sept 17 - Meeting with Grads during DLT to discuss Grad 2026 - Graduation Package below

Sept 17 - CLC 12B booklets were handed out at the Mandatory Grad meeting. If you did not get one you can print off the document below. Don't forget Capstone Showcases are on January 22, 2026. If you have any questions please see Mrs. Rowell or email [email protected] during period 1 or lunch in the office in the back of the MPR.

Oct 2 - Grad Parent meeting 7 pm in the MPR

Nov 7 - Valedictory Ceremony registration forms and fees due to the office

Nov 17-21 - Grad Photos - Book your appointment - Pick up a Grad Photo Pamphlet at the office.

Nov 28 - All grade 12’s must have their second check in with Mrs. Rowell about Capstone

Nov 28 - Grad Photo Proofs available at the office for pick up. The $40 sitting fee must be paid to pick up proofs.

Dec 18 - Grad Photo Retakes - Book your appointment - Pick up a Grad Photo Pamphlet at the office.

Jan 13 - Grade 12 Literacy Assessment

Jan 21-Feb 4 - School District Awards site available for applications. All information has been sent to student's School District 57 email

Jan 31 - Yearbooks are now $50. Last day to purchase Yearbooks is March 6.

Mar 6 - Last day to purchase a yearbook - we do not order extras

June 10 - MANDATORY Grad Rehearsal at the Civic Centre at 12 pm. Caps and Gowns are yours to keep and will be handed out at the rehearsal.

June 11 - Valedictory Ceremony 1 pm at the Civic Centre. Grads must be there in their cap and gown ready for the Grad group photo at 11:30 am.

Diplomas will be available for pick up by Grads the middle of September. Grads, if you are unable to pick up your diploma, please notify the office who will be picking it up on your behalf. They will not be mailed home.

Post-Secondary Institution Selections - Student Transcripts Service (STS)

This should be completed by all Grade 12 students, regardless of whether you plan to attend post-secondary next year. After graduation, the school receives a copy of your official transcript; however, this site is the only source of an “official” transcript that most post-secondary institutions will accept.

This is an online process which allows students to view their transcripts, and school marks and to send transcripts electronically to post-secondary institutions and employer.

Students access the Student Transcript Service from the Ministry of Education’s Transcript and Certificate website at http://www.StudentTranscripts.gov.bc.ca.

Current students can make up to 25 free PSI selections in STS. They are also entitled to order one free printed transcript (by mail) after graduation, which can be sent to any address they choose. All other transcript orders in STS (including PDF transcripts) are $10 each
