Oct 2 - Grad Parent meeting 7-8 pm Multipurpose Room

Oct 31-Nov 5 - Grad Photos - students will be sent a link to book appointments
Nov 1 - Grad fees $150 and 2024-2025 CHSS Grad Ceremony Form due
Dec 2 - Grade 12 Capstone
Dec 9 - Grad Photo Retakes

May 5-9 - Valedictory Tickets handed out in front of the office at lunch
May 28 - MANDATORY Student Grad meeting during DLT (1:57-2:57 pm)
June 11 - MANDATORY Grad Rehearsal at the Civic Centre 12-2 pm
June 11 - Grad Caps and Gowns handed out at the MANDATORY Rehearsal
June 13 - Grads must be at the Civic Centre in their cap and gown for the Grad Photo at 11:30 am
June 13 - Valedictory Ceremony 1-3 pm at the Civic Centre
ONLINE STS - Student Transcript Service
As of 2017 Grade 12 students who are applying to a post-secondary institution must complete the Online STS (Student Transcript Service) by June 30 if they have not already done so. Admission offers may be delayed or denied if students do not authorize the release of their transcript data via the Online STS (Student Transcript Service) .
Students wishing to have their marks forwarded in the early admission transfer to BC Electronic Online STS (Student Transcript Service) and the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) must submit their selections by April 30.
