Dear College Heights Secondary Parents/Guardians,
The last day of regular classes for the school year will be Friday, June 23rd. Thursday, June 22nd and Friday, June 23rd are scheduled as double block days for students to complete final projects and/or exams.
Double Block schedule:

Double Block School Wide Expectations
1. Double Blocks are instructional time.
2. Students are expected to remain in their assigned classes during instructional time.
3. If other arrangements are required, then communication with the classroom teacher must occur before these double blocks.
4. Students that are excused by a parent from one or more of the doubles blocks are not permitted to remain at school.
June 26th, 27th and 28th will be “I” Days. These “I” days are intended for students who are not passing their courses or have outstanding work that is required for completion. Teachers will be available during regular class time to support students.
June 29th students do not attend. Final Summative CSL Reports will be published to the MyEdBC parent portal at 12:00pm. Printed copy of the Final Summative CSL Report will be available for pick-up from the school office from Tuesday, July 4 to Friday, July 7. 2023-2023 Student timetables will be given to students during Period 1 on Monday, June 19th.
Please remember to return all school Library books and textbooks before the end of the school year.
